Gaume, né en 1970, a suivi
des études à l'école de musique
d'Annecy (piano, analyse musicale et musique de chambre)
et des études d’Ingénieur en Informatique
à l’Université d’ORSAY (Paris).
D'abord ingénieur chez Microsoft France, il est
aujourd’hui consultant avant-vente chez COLT Télécommunications
France. Passionné de musique classique, Florent
Gaume est directeur et co-fondateur avec Emmanuelle
Gaume et Éric Tanguy du label Intrada.

Emmanuelle Gaume, née en 1968, enchaîne les expériences à la radio (France Musique, Europe 1, RMCinfo) et à la télévision (TF1, M6, Canal+, France 2, France 3, France 5), animant des programmes très divers comme « Nulle part Ailleurs » (2000) pour Canal+, ou « Exclusif » (1998-2000) pour TF1. Sa passion pour la musique l'a conduite aux commandes de magazines musicaux comme « Drôle de gammes » (2001) sur France 3. Elle présente régulièrement des événements musicaux (concerts, concours, remise de prix, concerts jeune public) et s’est produite récemment comme récitante dans L'Histoire du petit tailleur de Harsányi, invitée par le chef d'orchestre Fayçal Karoui. Elle anime chaque jeudi l’émission « Papier à musique » sur France Musique.

 Éric Tanguy, né en 1968, a effectué ses études de composition au Conservatoire national supérieur de musique de Paris (1er prix en 1991) puis remporté le concours de la Villa Médicis en 1993. Il est, depuis 2001, compositeur en résidence à l'Orchestre de Bretagne jusqu'en 2003. Mstislav Rostropovitch a créé son Deuxième Concerto pour violoncelle et orchestre et a donné la première américaine de cette œuvre à Carnegie Hall (New York) avec l’Orchestre symphonique de Boston, dirigé par Seiji Ozawa. Le catalogue d’Éric Tanguy comprend une soixantaine d’œuvres, programmées dans de nombreux festivals à travers le monde. Éric Tanguy est le conseiller artistique du label Intrada.

Claire Delamarche, née en 1964, mène de front des études d’histoire de la musique et d’esthétique au Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris (premier prix en 1986), de clarinette à l’École normale de musique de Paris et de hongrois à l’Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales. Chef de rubrique et secrétaire de rédaction au mensuel Le Monde de la musique jusqu’en 1990, elle entre ensuite à l’Orchestre national de Lyon en qualité de bibliothécaire d’orchestre, puis de musicologue et chargée des publications. Elle publie régulièrement et prépare actuellement une monographie de Béla Bartók chez Fayard. Elle est la « plume » d’Intrada depuis la création du label.

 Cécile Lenoir, née en 1973, a fait des études scientifiques (classes préparatoires) et musicales (piano et violoncelle) avant de suivre la Formation supérieure aux métiers du son au Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris. Elle s’est installée ensuite comme ingénieur du son/directrice artistique indépendante, travaillant aussi bien pour des festivals (Royaumont, Folle Journée de Nantes, Flâneries de Reims…) que pour des maisons de disques (Eon, Mirare, Harmonia Mundi, Universal, Calliope, Transart Live…). Elle intervient régulièrement comme formatrice à l’INA et collabore également avec l’Ircam. Cécile Lenoir est en charge de la prise de son, de la direction artistique et de la post-production des disques Intrada depuis la création du label.

 ince its creation in 2001 Intrada has introduced a new concept into the record market. This label, launched by Emmanuelle Gaume, Florent Gaume and Éric Tanguy is based on a highly original approach which offers its artists the professional services of an international recording company, while at the same time providing the care and personalized attention which only a small team can give, a team whose driving force is their enthusiasm.
Intrada’s vocation is to produce and commercialize young artists’ first recordings or to assist international artists to achieve special projects which, without Intrada’s assistance, would not be possible.
With more than 40 recordings to date, all of which have received numerous awards, this young company continues to make headway with unfailing energy and uncompromising standards of quality.
Freedom of choice for Intrada’s young artists
Intrada is proud to have launched onto the record market acclaimed young artists who have deployed the full range of their talent in programmes which they themselves have devised according to their preferences and affinities: violinists Marina Chiche and Stéphanie-Marie Degand (nominated for the Victoires de la Musique 2005 in the “Instrumental revelations” category), pianists Vahan Mardirossian, Lovro Pogorelich and Delphine Lizé, harpsichordist François Guerrier, and clarinetist Nicolas Baldeyrou. Two young new pianists have also recently joined the Intrada team: Emmanuelle Swiercz and Véra Tsybakov.
Great artists who love to play music
Intrada has gained the friendship of soloists who are at the height of their maturity and renown and happy to be given the possibility to achieve recording projects which are very dear to them, for example the organists Vincent Warnier and Yves Castagnet, pianist Cristina Ortiz, harpsichordist Nicolau de Figuereido, cellist Antonio Meneses and the duet Henri Demarquette (cello) and Brigitte Engerer (piano).
In harmony with one’s time
Intrada’s long term project with the composer Jacques Lenot is in keeping with the same policy, namely to share the emotion and joy of new discoveries. At present this portrait consists of three parts, and many world première recordings: two volumes of piano works by the Canadian pianist Winston Choi, and an anthology of chamber music, Liens.
Concerts at Saint-Étienne-du-Mont Church
Beginning in the 2003/2004 season, Saint-Étienne-du-Mont Church in Paris has hosted the series Les Concerts à Saint-Étienne-du-Mont which are produced by Intrada. In addition to the two resident organists (Thierry Escaich and Vincent Warnier) this prestigious instrument, which was once the reserve of Maurice Duruflé, today welcomes the greatest organists in France and abroad. Under the guidance of their artistic manager, Vincent Warnier, and thanks to the kindness of their patroness Marie-Claire Alain, the Concerts à Saint-Étienne-du-Mont have developed substantially over the seasons and now regularly feature chamber, choral and orchestral music.
The highlights of the first two seasons have been assembled in two sets of double CDs. Intrada has released the live recording of a concert given in April 2006 by Vincent Warnier, with the orchestra Les Siècles and their conductor François-Xavier Roth based on Poulenc’s organ concerto, and is at present working on the anthology of the third season of these concerts.
